Does anybody have trouble with those spin dails on Taito games

Recommended Posts

Does anybody own a Frontline, Tin Star, or Wild Western? Just heard that those dials frequently go out of whack and is it a easy fix?

They are not hard to fix at all. They use standard microswitches in each postion. If one does not respond, replace it. Simple enough. There are some metal parts in there and a spring. You may have to freshen it up after 25 plus years but its not bad. I had a Tin Star and a Wild Western in the past. I can tell you the interconnect cables were FAR more trouble than the spinner :)

Thanks for the insight. I have a lead on Frontline form a friend but he says the game works great sans a issue with the spinner!
