kyle #1 Posted February 17, 2008 I went out atari hunting for the first time in months today and found a freaking SILVER LABEL GRAVITAR!!! I'll take a pic once my camera battery charges! Paid $2.50 for it by the way.

kyle #3 Posted February 17, 2008 (edited) There were only about 6 games and my wife had them all in her hands looking at them and she said you have them all and put them back down. I went over and looked at em just to be sure and I'm damn glad I did! I told her um baby I don't have this one! She said you don't have Gravitar? I said NOT THE ONE WITH THE SILVER LABEL!! And to think sometimes she goes out to flea markets and thrifts without me!! Edited February 17, 2008 by kyle

Lord Thag #10 Posted February 20, 2008 It's always cool to hear that you can still make crazy rare scores in the wild. That said, just once *I'd* like to be the one making the crazy wil score. My friend up north, swlovinist, once scored a prototype Dataage Secret Agent cart for a buck at goodwill, along with two store demo carts. All I ever find are commons

All I ever find are commons I've found two 7s and bunch of 5s and 6s but this was more first 8 in the wild. I guess I've got a 9 coming next? MegaManFan #13 Posted February 20, 2008 I don't think I've nabbed anything higher than an R7 in the wild in all the years I've been looking, but congratulations on your good fortune!
HP Atari King of Michigan #14 Posted February 21, 2008 Very good find. Very good indeed.
Wierdo99 #15 Posted March 1, 2008 I'd have to say that the best find that I had in the wild was a Glib cart. Bad game, but interesting to find. Cart is in better shape that the pic that they have on here, so I guess it isn't all bad.
[d2f]Iggy*SJB #16 Posted March 7, 2008 Best I've been able to find is a couple of 5's in the wild. I don't count the recent purchases on here as "in the wild".....but I might have to go out looking this weekend. Just for the hell of it.
