Hey rj I've noticed your other posts on here about your dominance of old school basketball games, I Think Thats AWESOME

I was interested in knowing if and I'll assume you have that you've played Ultimate Basketball for the NES, this is actually one of my favs for old school B-Ball it was one of the first B-Ball games to have substitutions for tired worn out dragging players, and then the classic cut scene whenever you made a dunk layup or some other sweet shot I.E. 3 pointer. IMO It reminded me of an updated version of Double Dribble, which is a whole other rant, that game had cult following bigger then myspace we never really heard anything after that they could have kept that series going with insanity. I guess the grand entry of licenses kind of threw that under the bus :(

I would also like to point out one more game you never hear anyone ever bring up, and I may get laughed at for this, lol :P

Taking It To The Hoop for the TG-16, I think one of the most overlooked and under appreciated b-ball games ever, that was a gem I don't care what anybody says, the characters really had a life of their own which made it that much more interesting this due to their ridiculous cartoon like look, this game also utilized the substitutions feature and you really knew it too, lol, as they actually showed in their own little animated way of them dragging arse and not just by some energy bar at the bottom of your screen.

Keep up the ballin on the 8-bit and good luck with that Tecmo B-Ball
