Here I am in Taipei. Found the Chintendo Vii sport I was looking for at an ordinary toy store near the hotel.

 

But look what the hell else I found! Holy farking crap! Never thought I'd see a megatron again in my life. I'm going to do the right thing and NOT sell it on eBay.

He transforms into a big-ass gun.

 

The funny part? There was and even BIGGER version of Megatron that was much more elaborate in the transformation and looked not as dorky in robot mode.

 

I went to Carrefour yesterday, which is like a department/grocery store combo. Uh yeah, there were no less than 3 different Famiclones there(including one very convincing famicom lookalike), and even the Onestation + Vii plus some other PS2 lookalike console. I didn't need to hit some back alley market to find them either.

 

Its the night market tonight. I'll try tech shopping again for 101 tomorrow.

A Japanese Megatron?! I think it might be a good idea transform him in the robot mode when you're going back home. Those customs guys might think you have real gun and ask you some "questions".
