Wow, watching the video of the game in play makes it look like the easiest game ever. They beat it in about 60 seconds

Once you know how to do everything, you can definitely beat it very quickly (especially on easier difficulties). However, I never get tired of it. One of the few "non high score" games I actually like to play over and over. I remember how I got Ghost Manor, too. I bought Robin Hood at Kay Bee during the crash, played it a bit, and found it "too hard" (hey, I was 11). I remember being really frustrated with the game, so I took it back and they let me exchange it for Ghost Manor. Being a fan of all things ghosts, goblins and vampires I immediately took to Ghost Manor and loved the game ever since. I also remember it being so satisfying to actually be able to BEAT a game. It made me feel like I was good at it, unlike reading the high scores for games in magazines that were 1000x higher than my best.

 

I'm surprised they gave it a 7.5 for graphics - it's one of the best looking 2600 games out there. Thanks for posting the review!.
