Gabriel #1 Posted March 19, 2008 I saw R-Type Delta for the PS1 today, used $70. The price was much too rich for my blood. Should I have plunked the cash down for it?
thomasholzer #2 Posted March 20, 2008 (edited) Excellent game, I own it on PSX. But is it that rare? On US ebay I've seen it ranging from $3.00 to $110 (sealed) Edited March 20, 2008 by thomasholzer
DragonmasterDan #3 Posted March 20, 2008 It's uncommon but that's way too high, I paid around 30.00 for it used but complete in excellent shape.
dreamcastrip #4 Posted March 20, 2008 That's way too expensive. I bought the PAL version for approximately $20 recently on ebay. It is a damn fine game though!
redglass77 #5 Posted March 20, 2008 That is damn fine game Gab but I think u made a wise move holding back, patience and keep an eye out. I wish I got paid for everytime I held back and resisted on buying a game, I could pay off my schooling, lol Holding back is always hard and more then because u want the game, its that little voice in your head wondering if next time the next copy u see costs more and then feeling what I call "reverse buyers remorse" : having regrets not buying as opposed to the all classic "buyers remorse" I'm sure just about everyone here at AA is prone to these two nasty diseases. You'll find another copy, hell tell ya what I'll keep my eyes open for ya too, If I catch wind of any good deals I'll pass the info over to you Set a mental price limit in your head, whats the highest you would go without raping your wallet, 70$ yes way too much 60 something is still a bit shaky 50's gets a little friendlier its high but its becoming tolerable 40's Is very good almost perfect and 30's to me is perfect cause the condition could still be very nice and case/instruct. still intact anything under 30$ for that game is UTOPIAN as long as the condition is decent. good luck friend I will be looking to score R-Type for the TG-16 soon I found a few good copies, and price is decent so we shall see
