carlivar #1 Posted March 20, 2008 (edited) I am selling my classic video game collection. Been using Ebay the past few weeks, but I thought I'd try selling on AtariAge directly first and avoid Ebay if possible. If you want to see my feedback please look up ebay user "carlivar". My latest batch is a bunch of 7800 games. I would like to sell these in two lots only. No individual games please. Shipping is very time-consuming so I want to be as efficient as I can in shipping. The first lot is 21 boxed games, all in very nice condition. A few games have some very slight moisture damage on the bottom of the box about 1/2" wide. Otherwise they're great. All boxes include carts, manuals, and any other original inserts. Boxed game list (* = super game cartridge) Asteroids Ballblazer* Barnyard Blaster Realsports Baseball Commando Crack'ed Dig Dug Donkey Kong Donkey Kong Junior Galaga Hat Trick* Joust Mat Mania Challenge One-on-One Basketball* Pole Position II Robotron: 2084 Scrapyard Dog Touchdown Football Tower Toppler Winter Games* Xevious Next lot is carts only, with manual included for Pole Position II. Asteroids Ballblazer* Choplifter! Dig Dug Food Fight Hat Trick* Joust Karateka One-on-One Basketball* Pole Position II with manual Robotron: 2084 Make an offer for either lot. I'll charge actual shipping, most likely either USPS or FedEx Ground, whichever makes more sense (FedEx I've found is best for heavier packages). I may still list these on Ebay as early as tonight so please let me know ASAP if you are interested. Thanks! Edited March 20, 2008 by carlivar

PacManPlus #5 Posted March 22, 2008 PM Sent for Boxed lot Bastard LOL! Actually, this was mostly for the boxes - there are many here that I don't have.

PacManPlus #7 Posted March 22, 2008 (edited) The commando cart was the other reason I'm guessing we want it for the same reason: It's the only board that can take a 32pin eprom ...unless of course you wanted it to figure out how to replicate it... If that's the case, we can work something out. Edited March 22, 2008 by PacManPlus
carlivar #8 Posted March 23, 2008 No takers for the cartridge lot so it is now listed on ebay.

MattG/Snyper2099 #10 Posted March 30, 2008 Thats very strange because I have a Ballblazer prototype for the Atari 7800 that uses that exact same PCB. Is what you say true about Commando being the only cart like this?

If that's the case, we can work something out. Hmm. I actually was not trying to be a wiseguy - I was being sincere... If you had wanted it to see how it worked to be able to make your own boards (but I see you've already done that), I would have given it to you. @MattG: I've seen on a number of sites that Commando only used that board. I've actually opened up quite a few Ballblazers and never have come accross that board in one. Good find! Bob

And yes, no other game uses the Commando PCB, period!
+Mitch #13 Posted March 30, 2008 Thats very strange because I have a Ballblazer prototype for the Atari 7800 that uses that exact same PCB. Is what you say true about Commando being the only cart like this? Can you double check that it is using the C301105 board and not the CO26461 board? CPUWIZ's board is based off the C301105 board used by Commando. Ballblazer normally uses the CO26461 board. By the way, is your Ballblazer proto any different than the final release? kenfused #14 Posted April 2, 2008 That board isn't quite finished yet. And yes, no other game uses the Commando PCB, period! In any Pokey board design can the IRQ line from the cartridge port and POKEY be optionally connected via jumper or at least each be brought out to a pad where a jumper wire could be installed? Maybe Commando connects it already? I would think this would add nothing to cost and might be useful for future games to be able to have a timer based interrupt. Just a suggestion.
