Waterborn
I came across an old, single unit pong game that has the paddles attached to the "console" (such as it is). The unit appears to have a place for an AC cord, but also can apparently been run off of 4 D-cell batteries. It has the standard Atari video out cord. I can get sound and video out of the unit, but the restart button is missing and I cannot figure out how to get inside the unit. Two of the screws are soldered in place and I don't want to break anything trying to get into the unit. Has anyone ever played with one of these? If so, do you have any suggestions for repairing the reset button? Thanks, Dane
chadtower
I've fixed a bunch of them. I've never seen soldered screws on them... glued, sure, but soldered, never.
Waterborn
It may actually be glue as you indicate. I will have to take a closer look. What do you do to fix the missig switch?

Depends on what type of button the original was and if I really felt the thing was worth enough trouble to find a suitable replacement.
