These games used to be impossible to find. Now every gamestop has them sealed for 39.99

you could never find these 2 games

the last 4 gamestops i have went to all had them. They must have re-released it or did something shady.

Didn't this sort of thing happen with Resident Evil 2 and 3 for Gamecube?

Yes, they've been rereleased. They were for sale on Amazon too, but I think they sold out.

A guy at Game Stop said they had been holding onto those and every store got a copy. Who knows. I suckered in and bought a copy. I wish I'd gotten into the B2G1 earlier. It ends tomorrow (Sun 5/4). Those Digital Devils are new, so they don't apply, but maybe I could have gotten it used with the sale making it even cheaper.

I believe www.Gamequestdirect.com is responsible for the re-release of these. They also re-released Fatal Frame II & III on PS2, hence the sudden drop off in price on ebay for these.

I just got through an Ebay transaction buying these things used for ~$60 ea. I also have an extra copy of DDSaga 2 now.

 

On the other hand, I also scored the Devil Summoner Strategy book for a good price $10 So it's not all bad. I'm hoping that I can play these off the hard drive to keep the discs in their cases. Of course, DDSaga 1 and Nocturne have flaws on the CDs I think it's a good way to reduce risk of any more possible problems and I can use it to verify the media before I leave feedback.

 

Using the HD Loader worked out nicely for //.Hack and the load times go to roughly nil. Life is good. I need to finish off the last of Mutation, so I can keep going. //.Hack G.U. awaits, and I don't want to spoil it any more than I already have with what I've played
