2 labels on 1 CV cart

Recommended Posts

Hi...

I have a poor label on my ColecoVision Donkey Kong Cart.

I have made another label instead.

But when i would try to take the old one of, was there another one behind it.

I let you know if i can get it off.

Very simple ;) A French label on an english one, or an english on a french one :)

Coleco use both of those label.. when they were sold in French or Englsh terrirory...

I see this periodically with 2600 carts when I'm removing labels. I've had some interesting variations. I believe the last one was a Sears Star Raiders label applied over an Atari Star Raiders label..

Reminds me of the Slot Racers carts I saw the other day. They had strange labels on them with large yellow text but no picture. They weren't true text labels, either--the font was different and there was no border.

I also have a Stellar Track text only cart that has a green end label over the more typical orange one.

I also have Junglehunt for ColecoVision, and i can see there is a new blue Telegames label on.

I can see there was removed another one, because the first one was not removed right,

there is still some from the first one.

I made another sticker for my CV Donkey Kong.

Is is a printed one, with transperant film on, it's not the best quality. -but anyway.

Sorry to reply to a fairly old thread, but I have a Lock 'N' Chase for 2600 that has a white label over a black one. Is it rare, or worth anything?

Hi Wickeycolumbus.

I really don't know.

For hard core collectors maybe, pesonally i think the blue one is more original.

Maybe it has something about licensing the game.

The Jungle Hunt label looks like It Came From The Late 80's Activision...really bad.

But I really do like the Donkey Kong label.

That is what I was thinking, Or maybe it was In some warehouse and was relabeled so it looks like the newer model.
