I am not vouching for this seller, but I did have a deal with them on Ebay 3-4 months ago. It was a good transaction. I received the cart but I don't remember the packing. Which probably means it was packed well (in my opinion) else I would have remembered. Just my two cents.

I'd do it with escrow, but I still wouldn't offer much more than what you've been offered here.

 

I've dealt with Shawn once or twice, and I have zero complaints.
