iratanam #1 Posted May 10, 2008 I've got a chance to buy a Twin Eagle Game for $200 Also a Table Top Galaga for $250 and a non-working (dunno what it is or is not doing yet) Ms. Pac-Man Tabletop for $200 all appear to be in great shape as far as the cabinets and artwork at least Twin Eagle, I haven't looked over the table top cabinets good yet. He even has the keys to the coin boxes. My question is before I shell out the money, is that a good price for them or should I try to get them cheaper. Thanks

Thanks that's way too much for you! don't get it!!! now tell me where it's at, so i can buy it. not sure what they are "worth" but each person has their own value for certain games. if that galaga was in good shape i would pick it up for $250. good luck! Atari5200 #3 Posted May 11, 2008 (edited) arcade games, at least to me are very hard to price. Any cocktail table I've ever seen either ebay or otherwise usually goes for over $500. But other, lesser known games, you can get cheap. I guess it depends on what you are willing to spend. I bought Devestators..$250 ( but I love the game, I thought it was a good price) 4 Slot SNK MVS...$300 World Series Baseball The Season..$150 You will pay more for games that are more commonly known, pac-mans, etc. And you also have to take in consideration of the condition of the games. All of my games I would consider them to be in good condition. Edited May 11, 2008 by Atari5200

Thanks Twin Eagle is only worth $100 but if the Galaga and Ms. Pac-man are original and in good shape, they are worth much more. Galaga $400+, Ms. Pac-man, $650+, conservatively. Even more in a retail situation.

Thanks if you have to buy all 3 to get the deal, then do it. If not, the twin eagle at best is worth $250. $100 is more like it.. the galaga working for $250 is a steal. If its clean is worth $500+. Maybe up to $750 same thing with the ms pac. $500+ up to $750. But not working might get expensive. probably has a bad monitor. That will add $175(And be a real pain in the butt to replace). Bad pcb could cost you $100. Bad harness connector or bad fuse block will be cheap to fix but will take some time. galaga could be the same boat with its monitor. but it will not burn the screen as bad a ms pac. The screen burn will probably be very heavy on the mspac. Keep in mind everything worng with them will cost you. $75 for a topglass $60 for the underlay graphics $60 for the cocktail control panel overlays. so look carefully at what your going to buy. decide why you want it. (keep or resale). also keep in mind those cheap 48 in 1 and 60 in 1 pcbs do a very good job playing pac and galaga. THose pcbs are selling for less than $125 and are jamma. but to answer your question, I don't think you will get much better prices on galaga or ms pac. iratanam #7 Posted May 11, 2008 They are all close to me, about a block up the street at a pool hall that an old man runs, I'm going to go over this afternoon and pick them up. He also has a Double Dragon 3 he wants $200 for but I'm going to pass on it I think for 2 reasons. #1. That game sucks although I could make a M.A.M.E. cabinet out of it I guess. and #2 it only works for about 5-10 mins, then it goes black screen, might be a power issue might not.
