Never heard of Crack Art on ST...when I was doing stuff there was software like neochrome or was it called neopaint? and Degas Elite plus Deluxe Paint...

Crack is one of the best ...ware (shar owas it free?) artist programme for st low available back in time. It has a lot of useful tools, you hardly find on commercial programmes of these days.

I was Degas Elite fan long time, until I got Crack Art in 1991. In my opinion this german program is the best graphics application for ST low resolution. As you can see I'm still working in it .

I wonder how I've never heard of Crack Art? We were still very active on the ST in 1991. I too was a Degas Elite guy until getting D-Paint on the Amiga in 1988. Never did much like the interface of NeoChrome on the ST. Almost everything we did back then was worked on with either Degas or D-Paint although we did use Spectrum 512 to create some pics for a demo in 91

 

EDIT>> hmm. acording to the link above D-paint was released in 1990? is that right? I'm sure I had it earlier than that??
