Atari games or not?

Recommended Posts

Hi, someone has advertised these game as being for an Atari. Could someone identify if they are for an Atari or some other system.

Here is the add-

7 GREAT OLD ATARI GAMES

You are bidding on this great lot of 7 different atari games. You will receive this great lot these all come to you as is with no cases or instructions. You will receive Math/Logic, Alien Invader, Capture Othello, Missile War, Break Away, Video Chess and Baseball. These are extremely old games and These all come to you in good condition and I am sure these would be a great addition for the collector

I am 99 percent sure that they are not Atari. They look more like Texas instruments games.

I would have to agree. Those ARE NOT Atari games. It looks like they are way too wide to fit into the Atari's game slot. :ponder:

The game titles aren't even remotely close to Atari games, such as:

Space Invaders

Missile Command

They're 22/44 pin which is not compatible with the VCS/2600. I'm not sure what they're for though.

Who was selling them? Where? For how much? Or would you rather not divulge said info?

They were on Ebay Australia until yesterday when i won them for $9.95 + postage.

Thanks for the info.

Not just any Arcadia carts, those are MPT-03 carts, not compatible with the commonly found Emerson Arcadia system. ;)

So just to get it clear in my mind, will they only slot into the MPT-03 group of consoles.

Look cool, but would not fit on my 7800. =/

(While 7800 can play 7800 AND 2600 games, it won't work with ones shaped like that.)
