Kaz atarionline.pl #4 Posted May 20, 2008 It says "XLent" in the credits, but I'm not sure whether I heard such a nick before... XLent is Polish guy, musician, had his own Atari webpage long time ago. The video shows "future" of VBXE Atari video card - grahics better than Amiga, the same sound. However XLent dislikes idea of VBXE and wrote article about for atari.online.pl (not published yet).

Tezz #6 Posted May 20, 2008 It's impressive to see in action and a great Pokey tune there too. How come XLent is against the VBXE? I suppose such large upgrades will always have a mixed opinion.

I believe it is also on U-TUBE..
+remowilliams #8 Posted May 23, 2008 (edited) How come XLent is against the VBXE? I'd hazard a guess that among the many practical reasons (user base splintering, no support, etc.) that you're essentially not talking about an A8 afterwards. If I frankensteined my A8 with a '486 and a VGA card, what is it at the end of the day? It's certainly not an A8. Anyhow, that music kicks some ass.
