How do you identify your 2600?

Hi all

 

I have what some may find a silly question? I purchased 2 ataris today for $8 aus, One a 4 switch darth, the other a six switch woody,

 

My question is where on the system can you find the production number? Are the sixers stamped with a number apart from the serial number to identify the year and production line number?

 

I have a number burnt in under the power socket which means nothing to me, Im sure theres nothing special about it but am just curious. The six switch is a made in hong kong, atari-wong.

 

Love these machines, work with no problems ( accept for carts fitting in)
