Tigervision Games

Did Tigervision shrinkwrap any of their games or were they all issued in "open" boxes? I've seen "new" copies of some titles that simply had a piece of Scotch tape sealing one end, which I haven't been able to figure if Tigervision, themselves, did or the person retailing the game. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I never saw Tigervision games shrinkwraped in the shops in Germany. They were sold in open boxes without sealing.

No shrinwrap at all but a small tape on the top flap of the boxes was usual!

also have never seen a shrinkwraped game. you're right with the small tape on the top and bottom of the box, the cart is packed within a plastic bag

That sort of makes sense if you're more worried about protecting the cartridge from bumps and scratches than you are about pilferage.

 

I really like Tigervision games... The ones I've played anyway. They have a certain charm.
