I was excited to see your site- I like the carts for sale. I just wish the descriptions were better. Like what is the difference between Indy 500 XE and regular Indy 500? Helloween and Halloween? I would probably buy a few if I knew better what I was getting...

Those switches are cool, but I have more of a problem with the O-rings cracking.

UPS is no longer a shipping option because they charge way too much for small packages.

Thanks

How come you are selling Indy 500 XE? I thought that was a hack with tracks created by forum members and the binary by Gustavo del Dago.

I'm not getting involved. While I would like to have some of those games, I will never have anything to do with Hozer and wouldn't trust anything from him.

I understand,

What Im offering in this thread is the joystick switches though.

On the other note,

Ive never had a bad experience and so far . I recieved some real quality items. I would like to promote other brands as well someday.

We always stand behind every single item. We provide nice games and systems.

Thanks for the feedback, its always appreciated!!

Yes you are correct,

There were permissions though required and obtained to make some games and I understand that this has been done morally and correctly.

If I find this to be untrue we will cease any activity with any such providers.

Thank you to all who helped create it because it is really fun!!

How is using movie images you don't have licensing to on your labels and titles ripped off from movie studio properties, and pirating a current Nintendo property (Zelda) "moral and correct"? Likewise selling carts containing "hacked" code owned by Atari?

Hello, Just replying to the post for my PCB repair kits for sale.

Im not responsible for licensing of any product, I am a retailer/reseller. I didnt make the games. I want Atari to remain popular and I want people to play Atari.

It makes me happy and video games are what I know and love.

Its not code, its a language called "Basic" usually.

Thanks so much for your intrest and I hope to see you soon!

Sorry, but that's not how it works. You're selling the games on your site, you're responsible. You've also been publicly warned about the violations now (not to mentions all the violations of how you're using the Atari name and promotional materials to promote your store) so you can't use the "I didn't know" excuse. It is illegal to sell material with trademark and property violations, period.

Likewise, hacks are built off of previously existing (I.E. Atari's) source code - hence the term hack. Those are illegal to sell as well without licensing the original game from Atari.
