Xevious and Galaga don't have Live components to them.

 

Here are the games I have that can be played over XBL:

3d Ultra Minigolf

Assault Heroes

Joust

Pac-Man CE

Time Pilot

Tron

Undertow

Warlords

WOTB: Commandos 3

 

I'd be willing to play any of them but 3d Ultra Minigolf.
