cephallus #1 Posted June 27, 2008 I was playing around with Chaos Music Composer and have figured out (I think) most of the key commands. It's significantly different that the other trackers I have used (Theta, etc) - can some kind soul point me to a manual that has key commands and a description of instrument configuration/editing? I've searched high and low to no avail...

cephallus #3 Posted June 28, 2008 ...and there it is! Thanks for the quick response, I wish I would have looked through the images of all of the versions before I spent a couple of hours trying to figure it out earlier. At least it's confirmation that I got [most of] the commands right...
athleos #4 Posted September 26, 2008 (edited) sorry for the thread resurrection but i was looking for a tutorial or a manual for CMC. i don't have a disk as i am using APE and a disk image. i'm using CMC v3.0 as well. thanks for any help! also, does anyone know which version of CMC supports dual POKEYs? the version i'm using may support them but i just started using it and have no idea how to tell. thanks again! [edit] found a .txt manual on v2.0 of CMC which gave me the key commands. now to figure out stereo! any help is much appreciated! cephallus #5 Posted September 26, 2008 Totally not what you were asking (I'm going to have to check on the CMC version)...but have you tried Theta Music Composer? Version 2.0 supports up to 4 pokeys, and it is, IMHO, a more user-friendly interface than CMC. I'm currently working on an enhanced manual/tutorial for it in English, I'll be happy to post it when I'm done.
