Rock Band Strangeness: Star Trek: TNG band

This weekend was my first exposure to Rock Band. It was pretty fun overall, and the band we got to use is pretty unique. The fellow who brought the rig over did this up. I thought it was amusing. He plays a LOT of Rock Band, while I simply am not good at all. From the YouTube description..

My friends and I were joking around playing Rock Band when we decided we should make a band using characters from Star Next: The Next Generation. (We're all pretty big nerds)

 

Well after a few hours of work and ton of laughs, this is the result.

 

It's bizarre, yet at the same time is rather cool to my inner geek. Just thought that I'd share, and I hope he puts up some footage of them playing a song.

That's "The Critic" right? That was a pretty funny clip.

 

I think the neatest part was after a song they would all do little expressions, LaForge would sneer, No.1 would look around. What was odd to me is that the lead singer would thrash about regardless of the tempo of the song. They need to add some kind of 'mood flag' so that the singer's actions are appropriate for the tune.

You need to get one of the Rock Band hacked ISO's that got all the trek tunes as the songs.
