I went from doing absolutely nothing to actually doing something for the 4th of July. What happened was my sister Stacie, her boyfriend John and daughter Caitlin were going over to Tillamook to see John's family, but that got cancelled because Stacie is at risk for early labor (she's pregnant), so they've decided to stay in Salem just in case. Caitlin is going to be 8 this month, and she wanted fireworks, so they've invited us over. Originally we were going to have a small BBQ, but mom talked her down to just getting a pizza because a BBQ would be too much trouble for just us only. And then fireworks. I love fireworks. They're pretty and they smell good. For some reason I love the smell of burnt fireworks. Must be some chemical in there I like to smell or something. Oh, and I'm going back to my one-letter book title collection. I got "Z" today, so now I have H, Q, V, and Z.
