dig dug red box/red label ????

does there exist a red box version of dig dug ? i think i've seen photo of it. it's not listed here at atariage. Is it rare ?

Thers a PAL version, I dont know about NTSC.

 

I dont know if its a red label on the cart though as the one I have is still shrink wrapped.

 

It comes up on ebay.co.uk quite frequently and is usually factory sealed so it would appear there is quite abit of stock floating around and hence, not very rare.

I am not sure about Dig Dug. But in PAL exist many Red lables cartridges. Some I never see before. Space Invaders, Defender II, and many more.

 

But I have never seen a Dig Dug?

There was a seller on ebay.co.uk who used to list 'Dig Dug and Realsports Basketball' both brand new and sealed, the same auction every week, both in red box's, thats where I got mine from.

 

They still come up quite freuqently on .co.uk

 

I can get a photo of the red box if you want to see it but not until Tuesday when I can borrow a camera.
