Of course this is $200 OBO. I know B & C sells De Re Atari for $14.95. I would guess the Technical Reference Notes would be around $20.

 

Ok, I just saw the Technical Reference Manual alone with a buy-it-now price of $148.26 so I guess this isn't an isolated incident:
