edweird13 #1 Posted July 19, 2008 Found this lot for 15 bucks. I haven't tested the hardware yet. After I do I will probably list the console on chasethecuckwagon since I already have a tele-system. There is one controller that I don't know the name of it is pictured.
ProperRogue #2 Posted July 19, 2008 (edited) What's with the Atari stick in the center of image #2? Edited July 19, 2008 by ProperRogue

shadow460 #4 Posted July 19, 2008 So is it a heavy or a light sixer?
edweird13 #5 Posted July 19, 2008 (edited) It's a Sears Tele-Games system. I think its a light sixer. Is there a way to tell besides taking it apart? I have another sixer and thy both weigh the same. Edited July 19, 2008 by edweird13
homerwannabee #6 Posted July 19, 2008 (edited) The sears telegames system is a light sixer. I way you can tell is by the edges on the side of the system. The ones on this system are extremely thin, which is indicative of the light sixer. A heavy Sixer is of course heavier than your average system and the edges are very thick. One good thing though, your joystick in the middle is a heavy sixer joystick. Edited July 19, 2008 by homerwannabee
edweird13 #7 Posted July 19, 2008 All this talk of heavy sixers made me look at my atari sixer and it's a heavy sixer. I had it all this time and thought it was a light sixer.

Are you serious?Theres actually H6 stiks?.Are they built heavy duty like the console H6?.I'll have to keep my eye out for those!!!!Thats what i love about this hobby, you find out about new stuff you never heard of constantly!Which stik is it in the pic?,you said its in the center, that looks like regular stik,or a 3rd party stik.Im obviously not looking at the right one you're referring to. A.J. Franzman #9 Posted July 19, 2008 The CX-10 heavy sixer stick (unfortunately damaged) is the one without the word "TOP" in the painted ring around the base of the stick.
nathanallan #10 Posted July 19, 2008 Did you get a good top to that telegames storage case? I have one and it now holds my 4switcher and a bunch of games. Kind of akward, but if you can figure out how to store it they are priceless. I think the joystick he was referring to was the one with the triangular buttons with the word Challenger on it. That one looks pretty slick. Nathan

nathanallan #12 Posted July 19, 2008 Was it a fix job? I just say so cause that is definitely a telegames center. I have one, had to glue my sticker back on and everything. But yeah, that's definitely a tape holder. I would say, nice score. The keypads and paddles would have sold me! That controller puzzles me, too. I have seen a few for sale overseas and South America, not many here. Can't identify it, tho.
nathanallan #13 Posted July 21, 2008 Ed, You got me curious, so I rearranged and took a look at my telegames center, and it's the same as yours. So it's stock. I guess they had that company make them for them. Sears never made anything themselves. Nathan
