Relief Pitcher for the Lynx?

What's the story with Relief Pitcher for the Lynx? Is it complete, just not released? Does anyone have screenshots?

Complete but not released as far as I know. There has been talk in the past about possibly releasing it, but I think it requires a special board (512K) which makes it costly to produce.

Someone here has it. I don't remember who. I think there is more than one proto out there as well.

If someone here has it, why not dump the ROM so people can play it with Handy? That'd be cool.

IIRC they paid a fair sum for it and want to try and sell copies of it first. My memory is hazy on the subject though so I could be wrong.

Chris has one... or did. I believe that one is still in his collection. He really needs to take some nice pictures of his collection sometime.

If there is another copy of Relief Pitcher out there, I haven't heard about it. But obviously... there has to be.

 

I'm not the subject matter expert on protos, but I always thought Relief Pitcher suffered quite a few of the same issues that EOTB did: The 512K board.

I wonder if Harry's PCB Drawing for the copied EOTB games would work for Relief pitcher as well.

 

I don't think Relief Pitcher would have the trademark issues say EotB has... so that would be a nice addition. As others mentioned on a different board: Seed Money is the general hurdle that is hard to overcome. And the sucks...

Yes,I did have and still do have a copy of this.It is 1 of 4 that I know to exist out there.Could Telegames have a copy?Possibly.I doubt it though.
