I see quite a few on ebay not only in completed auctions but in active as well. I have only recently investigated this because I am also selling one. I am in no way taking a dump on your thread or trying to "steal" your customers but I was thinking of listing mine for sale here but saw that people are listing AND selling them without any problems that I see.

 

Also, if you do a buy it now and somone buys it and pays....even if ebay pulls it, that's even better because they give all the fees back! HAHAHA FU ebay!

Haha It can actually sell for 30 or so on ebay but I had one a while ago and they pulled it After I sold it. So my compliance went to fair from good. I contacted ebay and told them their rules state M rated games can be listed and they told me there is underage girls on the game and that is why It can be sold. Who Knows...

Damn, Excellent Point! I never even thought of those silly DSR (Detailed Seller Rating) rating things and how my compliance would be affected. Wow, you just saved me there because I was getting ready to put mine on ebay and they would surely knock me down to an "uncompliant" policy person or whatever the heck. Well, I'll just wait until you sell yours and then I'll list mine here on the forums.

 

So, buy zach1845's because $20 shipped is a steal on this game and I don't know much about this "ban" on the game or if the game actually contains any actual "underage" boobies but whatever. I think the rumor or the truth is that the girl was 17 and quite frankly ladies and gentlemen, a 17 year old rack looks very familiar to an 18 year old rack so whatever. It's been quite a few years but I don't remember a difference....LOL!

 

Just for shits and giggles, I'd actually like to know who is the "underage" girl. Not for any reason other than knowing.....is she on the cover? Anyone know anything about this?

This games controversy is just like the Girls Gone Wild controversy with that Dupree girl that was a hooker with the Govenor. The girls said she was 18 or older, and I'm sure showed ID, then months/years later came back and said they were lying and not over 18.

OK, so does that mean that "underage boobies" are actually in this game? I really don't care either way and with the internet the way it is and all the free sites, I certainly don't need to boot this up to get my thrill. I'm not into 17 year old booblies anymore than the next set that will look exactly or nearly the same. My interest is only from a factual, "ban" or "recall" of this game for a real reason. Then, of course, I'm a dude, I have to know who it is! Contradiction, yeah, most likely but I have to know.

Awesome man, I'm glad you sold it! I wouldn't have posted mine here with your copy still available. I'm not sure if I can do the same price as you as mine is complete with original case, artwork, instructions and disc but I'm not looking for much more.
