How is the market for selling games?

Just thought I'd ask. I'm thinking about moving within a few months into a house with two or three other people closer to downtown. I'm thinking that I may need to sell off some of my game collection.

 

I haven't sold games for a while online. Would anyone say that the market is stable enough for me to make a good return on my collection?

wait until early November to sell. Christmas season is coming up.
