We'll i don't think hdd installment is a problem now, since every ps3 is equipped with at least a 20gb hdd.

I'm heading to the store today. If I can find one that has been manufactured in July I will be an official Xbox 360 owner today. One thing I already hate about it is that you have to buy the wireless thing separately. I move my game systems around. I have one LCD HDTV which I share and I have a regaular crt tv which I use for gaming. Neither are anywhere near my router, so I will need the wireless adapter to use it online.
