ColecoVision Press Kit - Who's got one?

I am looking for someone with a ColecoVision Press kit, or at least the folder. Specifically I am looking for this:

 

 

If someone has one they're willing to part with (cash paid) let me know, or if someone at least can scan at 600 dpi or higher, the side with the store Kiosk on it I'll gladly send $5.00 to them. I'm not sure of the overall size of the folder so if someone has one to scan, but would need to get it scanned at a place like Kinko's I'd pay for that as well. Thanks in advance.

Isn't the real thing good enough. Man I would love to have the Kiosk.

Well sure the real thing is good enough, but since I also have the original assembly/installation instructions its even better than good enough. This is just one more piece to the puzzle though. I've heard of this press kit before, but I nver knew it had a pic and description of the kiosk. I must have it, or at least a nice scan for reprinting.
