Allpaul #1 Posted September 9, 2008 (edited) Hey everyone, finally getting a Jag for $50 after the 7800 being my only system! My girlfriend is younger than me, so for some reason she can't figure out Dig Dug, but can solve all the Zelda games (go figure!). Maybe she won't think I'm such a dork with more complicated games around the house! Here's what the seller sent me: Its exactly the same as the other one i sold. Comes in box along with Doom in box, all hook ups. only thing missing is the Doom controller overlay. You should know what that is. otherwise in excellent condition. Hardly played because i had 2. I got this one from my uncles house. It was in the attic in a plastic bag. Does this seem like a good deal for $50? Can I print the overlay scans from ATARIAGE, or does someone sell replacements? It would be a shame to buy a whole new Doom cart just for the overlay. Thanks! p.s. Really looking forward to taking part in some of heated Jag discussion in this forum! kevincal #2 Posted September 9, 2008 (edited) It shouldn't take you too long to figure out which weapons correspond to which keypad buttons on the Jag controller. Edited September 9, 2008 by kevincal

Just wondered for completion's sake... Sure! Print one out if you want. Nick Harlow http://www.1632-sales.zenwebhosting.com/ac...e_Overlays.html sells some overlays that are made by some guy. If you're in the U.S., though, just bear in mind that 16/32 is in Europe, so you'll have to be sure it's worth it to ship from over there with the exchange rate. Just what I was looking for... I'll have to see if it's worth shipping to Cleveland.

Allpaul #10 Posted September 10, 2008 You have GOT to get a copy of Ultra Vortek! Looks good.. VGC gives it a B+! That's almost unheard of with that guy! He trashes Kasumi Ninja, but other sites say good things. I love fighting games. Is Ultra Vortek the king of Jag fighters?
Sayton #11 Posted September 10, 2008 Here is a short review I did of Ultra Vortek http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkDOiNoEeDs I will say, I found out a few more things about UV that I'm seriously considering an "Afterthoughts" video. Plus, I've put more playtime into the game and it's just...wow, that's all I can say. Volcana love!!! Btw, in the video (again, I'll have to add this on the Afterthoughts) I talk about the controls. Again, SOME moves can be unresponsive, but I've done more testing, and while the problem still occurs, you basically just have to get the feel of the game (which I'm not really used to yet). Sayton #13 Posted September 10, 2008 Sweet! I haven't played EITHER game against a human, but I've been told KN is fun vs another player. As for single player, KN doesn't have much in challenge. I have a video on my YouTube channel where I defeat the final boss on the hardest setting with only jumpkicks. Actually, the whole game can be beat like that. Not hard at all. Ultra Vortek, on the other hand, has some great challenge like I said in the vid. If you have 2 controllers, it might be best to mess around and get the feel for pulling off the special moves. Also, look online for a special moves list, cause it lists only a few moves for each character in the manual. Other than that, I hope you enjoy Ultra Vortek (once you obtain a copy ). Volcana RULES!
