Kyle22 #1 Posted September 11, 2008 Hi everyone. Hopefully someone can help with this. Years ago, I wrote a program, PicPrint Plus. Over time, I have lost my disks due to multiple moves, bad sectors, etc. This program will read, display, and print almost all Atari picture files, compress, uncompressed, Fun with Art, etc. It prints in color on color printers. I released a demo version, which is available, but, unfortunately, I embedded some text into the program that defaces the picture in the demo version, and I made it impossible for a hacker to remove. I can't even remove it So, please, if anyone has it, please .SCP , .DCM, or .ATR it and attach to a message for me so I can release it to the public for everyone to have. I only sold a few copies, so, I hope someone has it. Thanks! -Kyle
Allas #2 Posted September 11, 2008 (edited) Pic Print 2.0 (1990) by MKD Computer Services is the right program? Edited September 11, 2008 by Allas
Kyle22 #3 Posted January 7, 2012 Yes, that is it. Sorry it took so long to reply. I think the commercial version was 2.4 though. If you load a picture, then hit Print, there will probably be some text about ordering info show on the screen (and paper). Please let me know. Thanks! -K
jacobus #4 Posted January 7, 2012 Wow! Quite the necro-thread! Do any of these fit the bill? PICPRINT.BASPICPRINT.xexPICPRINT.CTB.bas
Kyle22 #5 Posted June 28, 2013 that is the program, the xex listed above is just the TB runtime, the ctb.bas is the program, but, it is the demo version I made. I obfuscated the code so no one could hack it, but, since I lost the source disk, i locked myself out I only sold ONE copy of it... -K
Kyle22 #6 Posted April 22, 2016 I was mistaken about the version number. 6.x is the commercial release. I'm still looking for it, BTW.
fujidude #7 Posted April 23, 2016 I only sold ONE copy of it... Ouch. But I hope at least you enjoyed making it and using it yourself.
Mechanicjay #8 Posted November 3, 2018 Wow, it sounds like this program is exactly what I'm looking for right now. It turns out I can't get any copy of PicPrint I find around to load or work at all
