the easiest is to use a VCR that supports both systems ... this is how i play ntsc games here in germany, connecting the atari through the VCR

 

also a lot of TV sets support both meanwhile ...

defenitely ... you will end paying a lot more if you get those one by one or even in small lots .... and the shipping costs would also be a lot more ... shipping for that heavy box is not cheap but if anyone in the US is interested, i am willing to collect more stuff for them (if you want to buy stuff from ebay.de) as the actual shipping rate for this box (about 50$) will leave room for another 5 pounds of stuff.

20 euros for 10 games? Know that is small price, but no one in Poland have germanian cash ;D

it is a bit too small for a serie of carts that have been collected over the years and that would take quite a fortune to get them all together. you'd end up spending a lot on shipping alone as these games usualy don't appear in such big set.

usually you'll find max. 4-5 quelle carts at once.

 

i also don't want to break up the whole set ...

Understand. Well, i figured out how small price i offered. In Cybergames (Neumunster, maybe you were there?) for a single Quelle game i must pay 5 euro (like for each Atari game ;D) so for 20 euro i can get only 4 ;(
