I remember there was maybe a minute time limit to save a princess or somebody lock up. I think there was bombs used and time limit to rescue someone locked up. I think you had to move some blocks arounds or stay away from the villian. Early 1980s Aracde game. What game i am I thinking off?

I'm pretty sure you're referring to Pengo.

No, Pengo is the game where you as a penguin must shove ice blocks to kill "snow bees" within a certain time limit.

It's not Zaxxon, either. In that game, you fly through an isometric diagonally-scrolling playfield destroying various ships and weapons until you reach a robot with a missile in his arm that you must destroy before it destroys you.
