Use the accessory "Magnifier" if you use windows.

 

For Vista:

Start>All Programs>Accessories>Ease of Access>Magnifier

 

For XP:

Start>All Programs>Accessories>Accessability>Magnifier

The wonderful part of the "Personal Computer" is the ability to set one's own preference for text size. Either within your operating system or browser itself, you should be able to easily regulate the size of all your text to be larger. I understand how this is for you, my father had the same issue and he did caps all the time as well. I had to explain how to increase his fonts text and icons. Sadly he is now dead, but at least for the last few months of his life he could see what he had on the screen.
