It may have been, but now they are making me see the ads for it when logging into my account.

I don't think adblock works on the logon screen for myebay. Every time I log into my account there is a step through page I must pass to continue to my ebay that is nothing but an advertisement. It's not an ad at the top of the screen or a popup window, you still have to go through this page. These creditcards have been around for awhile though, nothing new.
