SOLD: Promenade C1 EPROM burner for Commodore 64 w/extras

Up for sale is a Promenade C1 EPROM burner for the Commodore 64. The burner itself is in good physical condition, but since I don't have the original software, I have no real way of testing it. All I can tell is that all three LEDs light up when turned on. I assume it works, but I'm going to have to sell this as-is. The manual is also not included, but you can find it online here. Also included with the burner are two C64 cartridge PCBs (with sockets) and shells for both cartridges. So if you manage to find the software and get it working, you can create your own C64 carts!
