Special/rare KRULL label?

Is this a rare end label? It has an oval shaped 3D sticker on it that reads ATARI when held at certain angles. Anyone know?

That sticker is from the box--someone must have peeled it off and stuck it on the label.

I've come across this a couple times while collecting. It's usually on a good game. I wonder how many people put that sticker on their faves?
