(Silicon Valley) Also San Francisco, Sega USA is headquartered there still and has been since the 80's I think. LA area prolly has some stuff too. This tends to be mostly in CA, but some companies were on the east coast as well. 2. Near where game developers live or once lived. Once again this tends to be mostly in CA. 3. My basement. Good luck getting in there... Your best bet is to find an ex-programmer selling their stuff off at a flea market or through craigslist.
