cimerians #1 Posted October 17, 2008 Anyone have a few to share? Of course Chiller is a good example. A good and somewhat strange game is Guzzler.

It's fun but the underaged girl bit is bit too creepy.
Inky #6 Posted October 18, 2008 Cameltry is a very interesting and good game. However, all the porn games are really... Bizarre.
Ze_ro #7 Posted October 18, 2008 For anyone who enjoyed Donkey Kong, check out Pandora's Palace. It's lots of fun, and the music is catchy too. Some others I'd recommend: ESP Ra. De., Dr. Micro, and Port Man. --Zero
Jess Ragan #8 Posted October 18, 2008 For anyone who enjoyed Donkey Kong, check out Pandora's Palace. It's lots of fun, and the music is catchy too. Yeah, I forgot all about that one. It's got some really clever ideas, plus a cameo appearance by Frogger! Seriously, he's near the bottom of the screen in the second stage. Find him and you get 5000 points! All I remember is that I like the first one a lot more.
AtariLeaf #11 Posted October 18, 2008 (edited) And Prop Cycle (if you can get it to run)http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=9139 A few years ago my wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to Wheels Inn in Chatham for a couple of nights and they had this game. Pretty fun actually and a good workout too. Edited October 18, 2008 by AtariLeaf

Tempest #16 Posted October 18, 2008 Another odd Sente game: Snacks n Jackson http://klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=9595 Tempest Okay. I want to know what drugs these particular game designers were smoking. I don't know, but I want some... Can you imagine being the owner of an arcade, all alone at night in an empty arcade cleaning up, and seeing this game playing its attract mode? I'd probably run out screaming... ProperRogue #17 Posted October 18, 2008 As for weird games to try , first one I can think of is Tatto Assassins. Everytime I try getting serious about playing , something strange always comes along , and I lose all interest from laughing so hard. Keep in mind , this is a prototype that never made it to the arcades. And second , but only because this one gets played alot on our cab , is Space Invaders '95:Attack of the Lunar Loonies. Just all out craziness!

Bakasama #19 Posted October 19, 2008 If you want weird, try this game, Pu-Li-Ru-La. It's hard describe other than you beat up muppets with a stick.
ProperRogue #21 Posted October 20, 2008 (edited) Damn, it's just a Mortal Kombat type game, nothing to do with Fantasy Island. Maybe MK in style , but let's not forget why this game never made it to the floor. All sorts of crazy nastiness! It's too bad they've never snuck these characters into a Mortal Kombat game.
darthkur #24 Posted October 21, 2008 (edited) Maybe MK in style , but let's not forget why this game never made it to the floor. All sorts of crazy nastiness! Odd indeed. Replete with flatulence attacks and grievous groin wounds . Obviously they were trying very hard to be more "over the top" than MK and still retain all of the play elements. Bakasama #25 Posted October 23, 2008 I actually like that game pretty well I like that game too but there's times I really wonder if they really make Pu-Li-Ru-La for kids. The green door, the sumo butt, and the boss with the strap on whatever and this all done with trademark Taito cutesy graphics.
