Found it in the bottom of the box I found the no label Halloween cart in.

Thats just the back of a standard Imagic 2600 board, you need to show the front so people can look at the actual chip itself.

That's just a standard Imagic board with a standard ROM, not an EPROM. My guess is Cosmic Ark.

Just curious as to how you figured out it was Cosmic Ark?

Probably from the little aliens running around at the bottom of the PCB.
