Zeptari1 #1 Posted October 30, 2008 Just got off the phone with comcast. Turns out my wireless router is screwed up. So to connect to the internet I have to connect my high speed modem directly up to my PC. My 360 is connected to the router with a cable, but i have to keep it unplugged! Check the back of your PC, or see if you have any ethernet NIC cards laying around. (Yeah I know everyone just has 2 or 3 laying around right?) In any case. If you can get your 360 hooked up to the PC with the internet connection. You should be able to set it up to get on Live by bridging the 2 connections. I've found the best thing to do is to download the latest version of the firmware for your router and update it. Technically you shouldn't ever have to do this because that should only be needed to fix "bugs" in the router, but I've found that there are times that the firmware in the router get screwed up and reloading it tend to clear up problems like this. Someone at church today said i should try and reset the router, there's a reset button on the back.
