WTB: Missile Command Trackball

I got a Missile Command cabinet, but the trackball is broken. Anyone have a spare for sale, or know where I could get one?

What parts do you need? Usually they are rebuildable, even if the plastic case is banged up you can expoy it back together. Try arcadeshop.com for the rebuild parts. They sell the ball, bearings and shafts. If you need a opto trigger wheel, LMK. I may have a set and a pickup or two. If they don't ship overseas, just ship to me and I will forward it on

I've always wanted to know:

 

Are the balls just like cue-balls from a pool table, or are they made from something different?

Similar anyway.... They sure are hard to damage. Sometimes they get scratched up but unless they are seriously beat on, I have not had many chipped. They are pretty tough material. They hurt when they land on your toes in the garage too. [email protected] physics and gravity...

 

Side note...

 

Had a laundromat with a Cabal (bizarre trackball shooter) that kept getting fabric softener poured over the trackballs. That was the "cleanest" problem I ever had...

The machine will be delivered next week. All I know is that the Trackball is broken, not sure yet if it's repairable. I'll let you know. In the meantime, thanks for the tips - as always, you're very kind and helpful!
