fdurso224 #3 Posted November 18, 2008 Hi guys, 1. Try Mega Man 1-6 or the X Series. 2. RPG Games 3. Try "Run & Gun" games (Metal Slug or Contra series) 4. M.T's Punch-Out. I did a time run on that game years ago. I should try it once more. 6. PGR, F-Zero GT Series games. There known for that. Anthony....

Drop whatever you are doing right this second (even if it is school) and go buy an old NES. You must then purchase some Megaman and Contra games, and Punch-Out. Trust me, this is much more important than whatever you are doing right now. I'm saying this and I HATE the NES. Lemmi #6 Posted November 18, 2008 heh ive been playing Super Mario World "super mario world advance 2" on my GBAsp for the past 3 months and after beating the game 3 times i tried to beat bowser the fastest way i knew and it took me 19 minutes on my 3rd try after i figured out what i had to do just to get there fast, i could probably do it alittle faster tho. i can beat bowser faster than i can beat that last castle, i hate that last castle now im going though the game again with the big mario heads just going for the 5 coins on each level i never really done any speedruns but ive watched many over the years

fdurso224 #10 Posted November 19, 2008 Hi guys, Me and my brother used to have a blast doing speed runs with Tetris on the Game Boy. We had to take turns because we had only one GB at the time. We sometimes had to practice for hours trying to defeat each other score time. It was nothing special, just a personal passing time during the evenings. Anthony.... fdurso224 #12 Posted November 19, 2008 Hi guys, I heard of a speedrun that a japanese player defeated SMB 3 in 10 minutes many years ago from a friend in my sunday pokemon TCG league once!! I think the score is in the Guinness book of world records. I don't now if he still holds the record anymore. Anthony....
