Impaler_26 #2 Posted November 19, 2008 (edited) Interesting! So this will be the Multicart with some of his Student's games Ian Bogost mentioned some time ago... EDIT: found the thread, see post #54. Edited November 19, 2008 by Impaler_26

Impaler_26 #4 Posted November 19, 2008 Wonder if they learned their lesson? Yeah, i hope so too! Just check out the games on Ian Bogost's site, IMO the games picked for this cart are not bad though most of them need a bit more fine tuning before being released on cart. But from looking at the screenshots it seems that at least cave race has been revised so i just hope this won't turn into another N.E.R.D.S/Last Ninja disaster. Godzilla #5 Posted November 19, 2008 Cool, I was wondering if some of Ian's kids games were gonna get carted up
+Propane13 #6 Posted November 19, 2008 Wonder if they learned their lesson? This was my first thought, too. New carts from Atari2600.com. Blech! As far as I'm concerned, they can keep 'em until I hear at least one positive unbiased review. I hate to knock on homebrewers, but the last 2 games were horrendous, expensive, and made me feel just plain ripped off. A game that lasts only 7 seconds for a mere $42.... yeah. I'm still pissed about The Last Ninja. So, I am going to start out pessimistic until anything else proves otherwise. And I recommend that buyers beware for now. -John

The games have been significantly refined for the cart. A few of them are really really good IMHO, although obviously I'm biased . Nevertheless, I hope part of the interest will come from the fact that these are student games, produced in a very short time, and I'm proud of them for that. Yep, i also like most of those games and it's good to know they've all been refined for the cart release! IMO it would be nice to have a video of the games to see what has been changed.
