+Omegamatrix #2 Posted November 19, 2008 I have searched all over here and Atarimania and can find nothing about this cart. Obviously it is a pirate of Pac Man but any idea from what company? The V-Case style was used by a few different companies like Hi-Score / Action Hi-Tech, Funvision, Ultravision, etc... It is most likely would be categorized under Taiwan V-Case Standard on Atarimania as there are a lot of these that don't have a company name on them, but come from Taiwan. http://www.atarimania.com/lst_soft-MENU-2-...I-SOFT_LIB.html They often reused the main labels for several games. The end labels are ususally weird names, sometimes spelled badly.
HFK #3 Posted November 19, 2008 Definetly looks like the Pac Man listed there. Guess we know it was called Mr. Gobler now. All it says though is V-case, is the actual company that made these not known yet?
+Omegamatrix #4 Posted November 19, 2008 We now they made a lot of pirates. I think Jahfish might have found an address or something. They chose to be anomnyous, that's all. Bit Corp, Funvision or a few others are likely related. They released pirates in many different countries using V-Cases, generic Tawian cases, etc... Rom Hunter #5 Posted November 19, 2008 (edited) Finally, Mr. Gobler! It was on my unfound titles list for years. I'll add this one asap, HFK. Many thanks! BTW: that V-case Pac Man has a Pac Man end label, so that one is slightly different. Edited November 19, 2008 by Rom Hunter
