Anybody knows this graphics card found in a TT 030?

I´m searching for any informations about this vga graphics card I found in the vme-slot of an Atari TT 030.

 

Please take a look on the picture below.

 

Can anybody give me some informations?

 

1.) What´s the name and specification for this card?

2.) Do you have or know anybody who have drivers for this card using TOS 3.06?

 

Any hints welcome.
