PacManPlus
Hello All: I found this on an old videotape and posted it to YouTube, being that it wasn't there already. It's a segment of the show 'That's Incredible' that had a contest for Ms. Pac-Man. Unfortunately, I didn't know about this until after it was over, as I surely would have entered it. It is in two parts, I have linked part one. Sorry about the poor quality, it was an old tape from '81/'82 Enjoy! Does anyone remember watching this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCyxR858DkM Bob Edited November 30, 2008 by PacManPlus
SpicyChronos
That was pretty cool to watch. I know I'd never be that good to get a score like that.
Vic George 2K3
I remember that from watching it at the Fall River Boy's Club (seeing it in color as opposed to black-and-white TV sets that St. Vincent's Home had in their cottages). +Random Terrain
If that was from 1981, I was watching Private Benjamin. If it was 1982, I was watching Square Pegs. No wonder I missed it.

PacManPlus
I was just thinking of something... I wonder how they filmed the game screens - usually when you see a monitor on a TV show you can see the refresh rate as a 'bar' that goes up or down the screen being filmed due to the film speed being out of sync with the refresh rate they are filming. The chance of being exactly in sync with the refresh rate of a monitor you are filming is kind of difficult, so I'm curious on how that was done... Happy_Dude
Did you mean: Ms. Pacman I couldn't remember if it was Ms or Mrs so I did a quick search And you know what, Google can suck it. TACNJ
Anyone still have a copy of this. My brother-in-law was on stage as the guy responsible for transporting maintaining and approving the machines from site to site for the contests and for the show
