As many of you know (atleast I hope you do and if you don't you need to check out DP more) Circuit City will be closing many of it's stores in the same way that Comp Usa did a few years ago. One of the stores near me has been clearancing stuff out for a few months now. I have been checking back once a week and this is what I picked up last week:

The funny thing is that I still don't have a 360 or a Wii. I didn't find any of their PS3 games compelling enough to buy, although I did get a price check on Uncharted ($39). All in all I think I did pretty good. Next week I will go back to pick the pieces of whatever is left but I have a feeling the best remaining stuff to be found will be dvds and strategy guides(hopefully). So if anyone has any dvd movies they want on the cheap send me a PM and I'll see what I can do.

 

In one of my earlier blogs I said that Wednesday and Friday would be big aquisition days. But unfortunatly that didn't happen. On Wednesday I didn't add anything but thats ok because that stuff will come back around eventually(it was an import copy of Fear Effect 2 for the PS1 and two Snes demo carts). Friday was the heartbreaker because I ended up not winning a lot of Xbox kiosk disc. Out of the 16 disc offered in the lot I only needed 3 of them, but now I have to wait for those to come back around as well. If theres one good thing I can think of about losing, it's the fact that they ended pretty high. Of course, I would have just ended up reselling the extra disc anyway.

 

It's almost time for the Ultimate Fighter Finale Live and yall know how much I love my mma(the real thing and the video games). So I'm out for the night. I need to think of something interesting to blog about next time.
