WTB: NES boxes and manuals

I'm looking for the following NES boxes; the sleeve and styrofoam aren't necessary but I prefer having them with the box. And of course, all boxes need to be in good condition, meaning no tears, major creases, etc. For certain games, I need the Seal of Quality on the box to match the carts I have, so those boxes will be noted with the seal style.

 

Oh, and if you have the manuals included with these boxes, that'd be nice too; however, games marked with a double asterisk are games that I already have the manual for. Games marked with a triple asterisk are games that I need the manual for.
